Where you’re going

Sherkston Shores is a gated lakeside resort community on Lake Erie in Ontario’s Niagara region. Quarry Meadows 116 sits on the Quarry Meadows side — the quieter, gated pocket of the resort, away from the busiest strips. Our cottage is new (built 2022), sleeps six, and has no rear neighbours, so evenings on the deck are genuinely peaceful.

How a booking works

A “week” here is flexible. You can book Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) at the same flat rate, or stack both for a full Monday-to-Monday stay. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and the cottage is limited to 6 guests and 2 vehicles.

Booking is simple: email us your dates, we confirm availability, and a down payment plus a $400 refundable deposit holds the week. The balance is due 14 days before check-in, and your keypad code arrives 48 hours before you arrive. Booking direct saves you roughly 14–16% versus Airbnb’s guest service fee.

What’s included

• The golf cart — always included, every stay. It’s how you get to the beach and the on-site supermarket without the walk.
• A full kitchen, A/C, an indoor fireplace, and a covered deck with a fire pit.
• Streaming and WiFi, plus a professional clean before every stay.

What to bring

The cottage is cleaned and stocked with the essentials, but you bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries and food. We made a printable packing checklist so nothing gets forgotten — there’s a downloadable PDF you can tick off the night before.

The house rules, briefly

It’s a no-pets, no-smoking cottage. All guests 18+ provide photo ID for Sherkston registration, and children under 13 wear life jackets near the water (bring your own). No day visitors, parties or events — it keeps Quarry Meadows the calm place people come back for.
