Quarry Meadows is the gated, quieter side of Sherkston Shores — full resort access, none of the resort noise. Our cottage was built new in 2022 and sleeps six across a queen master with walkout to the deck, a second bedroom with single-over-double bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Inside: a full kitchen with Keurig and coffee maker, A/C, indoor fireplace, Roku with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. Outside: a large fully-covered deck with seating and dining areas, an interlock patio with a fire pit, and your golf cart parked at the door.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. You'll receive a keypad code 48 hours before arrival. Stop at the main Sherkston gate, give your name and let them know you're staying at 116 Quarry Meadows, and they'll direct you in. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A down payment plus $400 security deposit holds your dates. Balance is due 14 days before check-in. Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Inside 30 days, the down payment is forfeited but your security deposit is returned. The security deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out, assuming no damage.
Unfortunately we're a no-pets, no-smoking cottage — this keeps the home allergen-friendly for guests with sensitivities. Pets brought without prior approval forfeit the security deposit.
Bring the kids! Children under 13 must wear approved life jackets near the pier, docks, and water. Life jackets are not provided — please bring your own.

The primary renter (the person whose name is on the contract) must be 25 or older. All guests 18+ need to provide photo ID for Sherkston registration before arrival. Max 6 guests, 2 cars. No day visitors or events.
Yes. Sherkston has a free resort-wide network, and we have our own WiFi at the cottage too. Details are posted by the coffee station.
