You can book Quarry Meadows 116 on Airbnb or straight through us. Same cottage, same golf cart, same family — but booking direct puts the platform’s guest service fee back in your pocket. Here’s exactly how it works.

The savings

Airbnb charges guests a service fee that typically runs about 14–16% on top of the nightly rate. On a peak-season week, that’s real money. Book direct and that fee simply isn’t there — the rate you see is the rate you pay (plus the standard cleaning fee and the refundable deposit).

How booking direct works

1. Email your dates. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a real quote.
2. Hold the week. A down payment plus a $400 refundable security deposit locks it in. E-transfer to quarrymeadows116@gmail.com is easiest; cash works too.
3. Pay the balance 14 days before. Then your smart-lock keypad code arrives 48 hours before check-in.
4. Arrive. Check in any time after 3:00 PM. Your deposit is returned within 7 days of check-out, assuming no damage.

Cancellation, simply

Cancel more than 30 days out for a full refund. Inside 30 days, the down payment is forfeited but your security deposit is returned. No surprises.
